FTNWO.global sells physical products (clothing and stickers). This policy outlines refunds, returns, and exchanges.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

• Is faulty or defective

• Is significantly different from its description

• Is not of acceptable quality

3. Size Exchanges (Clothing Only)

• Exchanges are allowed for incorrect size selection

• Customer pays return postage

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

• Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

4. Change of Mind

No refunds for change of mind, including:

• Wrong size ordered

• Preference changes

• No longer wanting the item

5. Stickers

No exchanges or refunds for change of mind

• Faulty or incorrect sticker orders will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• Contact FTNWO.global within 14 days if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

• We will replace the item or refund if a replacement is unavailable

• FTNWO.global covers return postage for faulty or incorrect items

7. Return Conditions

• Items must be in original condition

• Include tags and original packaging

• Returns without approval may be refused

8. Return Process

Contact us with:

• Order number

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions once approved.

9. Shipping Costs

Customer pays return postage for size exchanges

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• We are not responsible for items lost in return transit

10. International Orders

• Customers are responsible for return postage and customs duties/taxes

• Use tracked postage to ensure safe return

11. Processing Time

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving returned items.
